The history of the 3River Group begins with TEC Consult in 1992. Founded in order to restructure industrial sites in former East Germany, the company builds, among other things, a new remelting plant and an automotive competence centre in Harzgerode. For the first time, it also moves systems and products to Eastern European countries, including profile and casting machining for German automotive suppliers. TEC Consult moves its headquarters from Harzgerode to Remagen in 2001, in close proximity to Pannon Metal and ELREC, which are part of the 3River Group.
Today, TEC Consult focuses on advising our customers and developing individual products on their behalf.
Pannon Metal brings experience, commercial skills and location advantages into the 3River Metal Group. Our specialist for the procurement of primary materials and distribution is founded in 1990 as a Hungarian trading company. Since then, the company has asserted its position on the market for non-ferrous semi-finished products and raw materials. Besides its headquarters in Budapest, the company establishes a subsidiary in Remagen in May 2008 to meet the growing demand from customers in Germany. It acts as a connecting link for contacts to Eastern Europe.
Elrec GmbH provides services in the form of machining of aluminium castings in the immediate vicinity of our customers. Its portfolio includes deburring, vibratory grinding, flatness and leakage testing, as well as blasting.
ELREC and I. C. I. in Brzeg, Poland, guarantee expertise and know-how in manufacturing, assembly and logistics within the 3River Group. Their production facilities in Eastern Europe are particularly economical. As our customer, you can also rely on high-quality results according to Western European standards, as well as complete reliability. Naturally, we have introduced fair working conditions at our local sites.
